The following four topics are the 2024-2025 novice case limitations for Policy Debate. These limitations were voted on in the spring of 2024 by 13 states and 3 national organizations. A breakdown of these cases can be found in the NFHS Policy Debate Quarterly numbers 3 and 4 when they are published in May.
